Nothing about the process is straight forward. They don't even attempt to explain it to you! None of the forms make any rational sense or are set out in consist manner. The whole system is chaotic any in disarray!
Tui don't really do anything for their money. The five star hotel I paid for is at at best 3 stars in term of how they deliver the service to the guests.
I could write a novel on the failings of the hotel they have put me in. I have given up raising this with TUI as you either get an AI type generated response or a response from someone who appears to have never been on holiday and stayed in a hotel.
There are significant safety failings with the hotel I have been put in which I have raised with TUI. They lack any basic knowledge when it comes to assessing the safety of hotels and are unable to understand the most basic of concepts in this area. In short they provide absolutely no guarantee that the hotel you are put in meets any safety standards.

I think this company is no longer trading. I have an ongoing dispute with EasyJet which they are adjudicating on. I have received no response on any messages on their portal since 23rd December 2022. In my dealings with them to date they don't seem very impartial and I have little confidence in them as an adjudicator.
No stars. EasyJet cancelled my flight from Gatwick to Munich with just 3 hours notice apparently due to the French air traffic controllers strike. This is despite the fact that they knew about the strike 10 days in advance, an earlier flight on the same route still ran and the flight could easily have avoided French air space. Basically they lied to me about the real reason so they could then use the strike as a reason for not paying compensation. I've been left over £500 out of pocket for stuff I had booked in Munich and they are not even paying me back the money I spent on flights. It's impossible to contact EasyJet who have no real customer service. So don't book with them unless you want to be lied to, cheated and scammed.
Apparently I 'upgraded' to BT Halo 3 though I don't actually recall agreeing to it. Now I pay £50 per month for a premium broadband services which is in no way better than my previous package. I don't get good WiFi in every room of my house as promised and speeds are no faster. Customer service is appalling and it is impossible to get through to the right person or to get anything fixed. Avoid at all cost!

My car was delivered 2 1/2 weeks late, due to a fault on the vehicle which apparently was not discovered until they were loading it for delivery. Customer service during this period was not very good and I had to constantly chase Cazoo for updates. I was also given conflicting information about its status.
When the car arrived it was fine and had been cleaned inside and out to a high standard. You could see that item such as the battery and tyres has recently been replaced.

Avoid. I went to Money Supermarket for a car loan. None of the loans that came up were anywhere near the rate quoted when clicked onto them and filled in my details. I also received a number of harassing calls from other loan companies as they seemed to have shared my data with them without telling me.
Ordered a Christmas present on 10th December with a delivery date of '21st December'. The 21st December came and went, no delivery, no apology or explanation, no tracking information on their website. Customer service is non-existent. It is now pm on 24th December so obvious the present is not going to arrive for Xmas.
Only option was to cancel the order. Got a stock email response from Very saying that I might not be able to cancel the order as it is with a third party supplier.
Don't deal with this company, they are truly appalling, they do not care at all for their customers. They don't deserve to have a business if they are willing to treat customers this badly!
07/01/2021 Update. Despite an initial response from Very nothing further has happened. I have reclaimed the money through Visa as the service I paid for was not provided. My account stills shows the item as ordered awaiting delivery. I still can't cancel the order. I have raised a complaint on the 31st December through Resolver and they have ignored that.
18/03/2021 Update. Despite raising a case with Resolver I have received absolutely no response from Very. All I want to do now is close my account and move on, but they won't even allow you to do that. The account still remains open. The item is still listed for delivery despite the order being cancelled numerous times. Completely useless company!
