NEVER seen such an unworkable system, where the reciever of a parcel, has to set up an account through a website designed by 10 yr olds. Customer service were nice enough, but blamed "the system" about 16 times. Maybe their "system" needs looking at if they are to be taken seriously . Will never use again, waste of a lot of time.

You can use our services without logging in at all.

Circle K station in Orkelljunga ( E4) sold me 2 x filled rolls (one of them Egg), which were both out of date from their shop display. This was not noticed until Several hours or so later when I started to feel quite ill. The staff didn't take my phone call seriously, telling me to "bring them back". I was poisoned for 2 full days. It is reported to the Swedish authorities. I've stopped using Circle K with my trucks and cars, and won't risk another 2 days off work because of their low standards.
Total cowboys. I ordered 3 x specific sized blackout blinds, On arrival they were all up to 19mm too small, hence unfit for purpose. Miserable Cow on Customer Service wasnt interested in looking into it, saying " we are allowed to have a size tolerance " ? NEVER NEVER again, and please share.

We do understand your frustration regarding the size discrepancy. However, as noted in our product information and measuring guides, all made-to-measure blinds are manufactured within industry-standard tolerances. In some cases, depending on the blind type and components used, a slightly wider tolerance may be applied. This is a necessary part of the production process and ensures blinds operate correctly and safely. All of this is stated on the product pages and also the measuring guide.
That said, if your blinds fall significantly outside of this tolerance, we’d be more than happy to review the issue further. Please feel free to email us photos of the blind measurements and installation space with a steel tape measure to info@blindsdirect.co.uk and we’ll look into it for you.
We also regret if your experience with our customer service team wasn’t a positive one — we always aim to offer helpful and respectful support, and we’ll follow this up internally.
Disgraceful company. They cancel bookings, causing HUGE inconvenience, and then hide away refusing to deal with the complaint, and also refusing to answer the phone when chasing up compensation. After 11 years of being a customer, its time to move up to a better run company than this.
After the recent premature death of my young wife due to Cancer, a simple transfer into my name of the home broadband and full package family phone services was requested. They have subsequently CLOSED all services, given a string of lies through various customer service calls, Customer service agents regularly put the phone donw mid conversation, and blocked me from transferring to a "respectable" company. Huge disruption to myself, and my 2 young children at a very distressing time, but Tele2 said "Not our problem" .."Nobody from any senior position is allowed to talk to customers" Ive been regularly told... Only the local shop assistant has been any good, and he hasnt any authority to do anything !... The company is run by Rats. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
TOTAL waste of time. Pointless customer service, disgracefull policies, and very misleading auctions. How the hell are these people claiming to be approved by anyone ?? Run by Monkeys . NEVER again.
