NEVER seen such an unworkable system

NEVER seen such an unworkable system, where the reciever of a parcel, has to set up an account through a website designed by 10 yr olds. Customer service were nice enough, but blamed "the system" about 16 times. Maybe their "system" needs looking at if they are to be taken seriously . Will never use again, waste of a lot of time.

I was a bit surprised by your review and would like to clarify one thing: the recipient of a shipment absolutely does not need to create an account – and the same goes for the sender. You can use our services without logging in at all.
