Biggest scammers PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PROGESS PLAY CASINO SITES

You cannot believe what this company has done to me I did not know I closed account bk in 2015 or 2016 anyway i then randomly get emails with great offers and I join years later in 2019 I joined conquest casino then a lot of other sites and did not know they own every site but how can they tell me in June 2024 when making my 1st ever withdrawal never won a single bean but I deposited thousands across there sites from 2019 to 2024 I got emails for every transaction and how can they turn around and say I altered and bypassed there security system to open a new account ??? My name is the same my address is the same my date of birth is the same so how is you allowed me to deposit several thousands of pounds not a issue then your security system allows deposits but 5 years later when making my 1st withdrawal of 1450 I think I cannot remember now but the lies they come out with and why would I make up false details who in the rite mind would alter there details to join a casino site everyone knows that before any withdrawals they need to see I’d’so this utter garbage they accused me off it’s shocking how they can get away with this kind of behaviour they are scamming people the reviews are well it’s disgusting and on top of that I used mobile billing to deposit and PaysafeCard and PayPal and my debit cards so how is it possible for them to say 5 years later i altered my details I changed my number and email if thats what you call altering the security system WOW that just shows they don’t care about the customers they scamming us and they done this to others to same old rubbish about altering the details and they refunded there full deposits so I I’ve got all emails for my deposits and also check this when my cards declined there so called security system within seconds sends me a email saying try another method of payment they want want want and they cannot get away with it not once did I complain about me not winning anything and finally luck was on my side and 5 years later they come out with this rubbish and forget ecogra or what ever it’s called they are as bad as progress play and they are in there pockets this is shocking amd Im gonna take them court Im not gonna rest till I get all my deposits bk

Okay so I made a withdrawal now on…

Okay so I made a withdrawal now on Monday it’s now Saturday 6days later still no money paid but showing up as paid on my casino account they keep telling me they are sorry for the inconvenience and got the team trying to resolve it but yet no money paid I’ve been a customer for years now and this is the only time I have had a problem with them and it’s starting to really stress me out because PayPal does not take 6days to get my money paid i need my money please this is causing me problems

Well at 1st it took about hour to get the code through finally and only reason I used becharge was they offering £5 discount if paid via bank payment but did not get my offer of £5 but annoyed but if they can send me the code that will be great thanks

Not happy as paid large upfront deposit and then tried to change my car as my car went faulty and they refused to insure it so no good to me

I appreciate it's a bit rubbish to hear that we can't offer you cover just yet. I can assure you we're keen to be able to offer cover to as broad a range of car makes/models as we possibly can.

Unfortunately, our underwriters have quite strict acceptance criteria at the moment, but as we grow we're continually working on improving the range of cover we can offer.
