Expressive Audio has that wonderful small, independent business vibe, with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to speak directly with every client. Their customer service is truly top-notch, and it’s clear they’re passionate about the audio equipment they sell. Plants arrived in poor condition, badly packaged, some had roots disassembled from plugs. I’ve planted them, because I didn’t want to waste them. But i was expecting package to be secured for transportation
