Initially after receiving the wrong item and no responses to emails I would have given 1 star, however once someone dealt with my incorrect item (after nearly 1 week) a replacement item was sent immediately and received next day, just bad luck but otherwise very pleased with item and price

LATE DELIVERY WRONG PLATE RECEIVED
Plate took 4 days to deliver so not next day as advertised, I ordered a front plate which is obviously white and received a rear plate instead, email them no reply and no contact numbers,

Hi Lee, We don't advertise or sell a next day delivery service? Couriers across the UK have struggled this week with the severe weather and this has delayed some deliveries, You ordered on Sunday and we don't dispatch on Sundays, So your order was diapatched on Monday evening and arrived 2 days later on the Wednesday.
No excuses fron us about the wrong colour, We will get this sorted for you straight away, We replied to your email straight away informing you of our intention to send you a correct replacement.
