My parcel was not delivered to the right place despite us being in. The message said it was signed for, and it was not. The driver did not take an image of where it was left and so we had to search hard.

Arrived in time. The gift box itself looks lovely, but the contents inside were not presented well and seemed small and mean for a gift. There was A little crumpled tissue paper in the box and the few small items making up the ‘ Mother’s Day gift box seemed lost in the box, not nicely arranged within. I know the items are good but it looked very underwhelming and I would hope for more from Bamford.

My parcel was not picked up. I had waited all day as the time given was 9 to 5.30. I received no update at all. In the end I was able to make contact via live chat who has rearranged pick up for tomorrow- We will see. They said there had been a problem at booking yet I had received a confirmation and a time for pick up.

Beautiful flowers delivered as promised in the timescale promised. Great service.

The suit arrived next day. Excellent fast service thank you.
