Love catching up with all the news

Love catching up with all the news, especially since not all matches are free to view on the television. Subscriptions are too expensive for pensioners. Thank goodness 6 Nations were free this year

Fast and efficient

I've used Washington Vapes, for a while now and I am very impressed with the service. I've relied on online shopping as I'm mainly housebound and have found Washington to be the most efficient of the services I use.
Being elderly ease of use is paramount. All this and value for money too, win win for me.

Finally after 6 months

Having tried calls, emails and online for 6 months, today finally I got a lovely lady who worked through all the issues. This lady needs a commendation, who has achieved what several others could not do. I now remain with Utilita

Unfortunately there was a side beam…

Unfortunately there was a side beam missing and missing instructions. Once completed they were very unsteady.

I have had a look into this and I can't see that you have contacted us to resolve this issue.
Please email us on sales@tufferman.co.uk and we will be more than happy to send the missing component out.
The units have to be correctly assembled for them to be able to work to their full capacity, without the instructions this would be difficult to do.
