Everything has been easy with Elegoo. Order and payment. Shipping was prompt. Delivery fast.

I did have an item missing and it may or may not have been Elegoo's fault. The package was ripped and the item was small, so it may have fallen out. But, Elegoo just asked for a picture (for insurance purposes) and sent me a replacement immediately. I never felt like they were blaming me or giving me a hard time.

And, my resin 3D printer from them has been amazing.
