Been with the Fine Insurance Group for years, once we switched to another insurance company I guess we were not worth shit.
Changed over to progressive in November of 2024, BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER, told Stacy to cancel our policy with Travelers.
She didn't, because I didn't send her an email, but she was told on the phone!
Now we are getting collection notices for a policy Stacy should have cancel, no email should have been required, she was told on the phone and said she would take care of it! We have text to comfirm.
I guess that email bullshit gives them some extra money for their condo in Florida.
After all the years we have been with Jason and Stacy, and came back to them after the Farmer’s incident, that they would do this to us.
BEST THING WE DID WAS TO GO TH PROGRESSIVE!!

My wife and I wanted new cell phone carrier. Went to Boost mobile, their website said Infinity plan, $65 per phone, and you get new Samsung phone every year. NO MONEY DOWN!
So after going through all the sign up, all the legal stuff, they come back with a $270 payment for taxes that has to be paid before our two phones can be shipped.
Now I don't who is running Boost mobile, but they are a bunch of IDIOTS, if they don't know what ZERO DOWN MEANS!
By the way, their people on the phone need to be trained to tell people up front about fees, but still, Zero down means no money what so ever.
STAY AWAY FROM THE LIES AT BOOST MOBILE.

TRAVELERS SUCKS!
My wife and I had two incidents while covered by TRAVELERS. They never fought for us, and both times we were in the right.
First, on I-40,a crazy woman tried to pass me in the median and hit our truck.
Second, at a place we purchased feed, one of their workers ran into the side of our truck with a hay squeeze to stop me from leaving after I said"I was going elsewhere to buy feed".
That worker also threatened me and endangered my eight year old boy.
My older brother witnessed this incident.
Travelers didn't care.
Since then, we have switched to an insurance company, starts with a "P", wr pay half as much .
AGAIN, TRAVELERS SUCKS!

HUGHESNET SCUMBAGS!
ln June of 2023, we, my wife and I canceled our service, which suck, with hughesnet.
We had to fight with them because they kept billing us.
Now these SCUMBAGS at hughes have sent our account to some SCUMBAG collection agency for an account that has been closed for SIX MONTHS, AND HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL.
We have confirmation numbers to prove it!

First off, the staff were great 👍.
Prices are outrageous, Subway needs to get rid of the over priced pro athletes that don't IMPRESS most people.

In June of 2023, we canceled our subscription to Hughes net. That was six months ago. They are still hitting our bank account for $145 a month. We have returned all the equipment they told us too.

OFFERUP unfair listing practices.
I tried to list a knife on OfferUp, which was removed by OfferUp because it was considered to be a dangerous item.
But OFFERUP allows AMAZON to sell knives on OFFERUP, along with others.
Now they have removed all my listings, and will not let me back in to my account. SHAME ON YOU OFFERUP!

Waste of money, after paying a year and a half of payments, tried to use Carshield.
No one wanted to deal with them, said Carshield would never pay.
Carshield doesn't cover parts.
So now we are out $1800, STAY AWAY FROM THESE REPAIR SCAMS!

Stay away from BRINKS home security.
We canceled the service with a zero balance in January of 2023.
Asked for information on how to return equipment.
Now in July of 2023 we are getting calls from a collection agency on this account.
BRINKS is trying to pull some kind of FRAUD.
By the way their service SUCKS!

Been seeing these new Verizon commercials, talking about bragging about Verizon service.
WELL, Verizon service SUCKS, they are too expensive.

Carshield, lies, sucks, no auto repair centers want to deal with them.
They don't cover critical components that cause failures.
We wasted 18 months and $1800 to find this out.

We have been trying to get Steven Simpson from Chase mortgage to contact us about a refinance on our home.
Every time we call we get his answering machine.
Day he will call back the same day, not so.
We leave one number and he tries to call on cell, not good service with Verizon out here.
This has been going on for a month now.
If this is how Chase Bank treats a customer that has banked with them for almost 10 years.
We might take our accounts and business elsewhere.

Been trying to talk to Mr. Simpson at 332 799 3408 about a refinance.
His recording says he w return the call same day, or at the latest next day.
Called,left message Tuesday, it's now Thursday, still no return call.
