K&T Heating are contracted by my Housing Association and EVERY single time an appointment is made, they either do not turn up, are late to the job, do not have the right part, can not complete the job/repair or just have no idea what the issue is!! Having to take time off of work each time and losing out on income!! They are beyond a joke.

Brilliant delivery men to deliver my new sofa suite. They were helpful, swift with the process and genuinely nice people. They took all of the wrapping with them so I did not need to discard of this which was a big help! Pleasant delivery experience.

We went to Prezzo’s in Buckhurst Hill for my daughters birthday. The customer service we received was phenomenal! We were served by the Manager named Angelina and she was very polite, helpful and a lovely lady. The service, restaurant and food was amazing. We traveled a fair distance from our local Prezzo and we would definitely travel again!

i had purchased a dress that i had seen and wanted for a special occasion, however Hermes lost my parcel. i contacted customer services via Manière De Voir instagram and a lovely lady called Mel sent another one out for next day delivery! amazing quality and even better customer service! thank you! xx
