Puzzles were easy to order on the website. Good value for money. Arrived very quickly and well packaged.
My father was a Spitfire pilot in WWII and formed part of the cover for D Day so the puzzles in a way are part of him too. Thank you.

Dispatch of seeds and bulb and potato feed first class. plants need to be packaged more carefully to stop them being shaken out of their compost due to poor handling by royal mail and couriers.

Up until now my experience of Hermes has been good. But I have now experienced
1 lost parcel of bulbs - which I have reported to the Company which supplied them.
1 parcel of live plants so shaken up and thrown around that the soil had parted company with the plant pot!
Last year 1 damaged hand hoover which had ovbiously been thrown around as the casing for the hoover had been badly cracked.

We successfully deliver millions of parcels each year, every parcel travels through miles of conveyor belts and lots of vehicles so occasionally parcels can be damaged.
