As always a really helpful service from this store. They greet us as friends and even play with our dog. Lots of great choice, helpful service and courteous and friendly. I ended up buying some more sale items whilst returning an online purchase. This has to be our favourite Fatface to visit. Hopefully the team there will stay put!

What coffee? I’m still waiting for the delivery ordered 4 days ago and am now out of coffee. The tracking info isn’t available and yet again it seems my coffee has been lost. This has happened a few times over past 2 years… will have to contact yet again to find out when we might receive our order!

What fabulous service by Pina. I called to see if I could return a faulty item received today from an online order in my local store, which she informed me I could and also checked stock replacement and wonderfully she re-ordered my item to come as next day delivery. A really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly member of staff who certainly flew the flag for Animal/MW. Knowing how good the customer service is encourages me to shop here again! Well done!

A fabulous location for YHA, we stayed in a camping pod with our dog. The pods were comfortable and clean and the facilities ie the bar and dining options were brilliant. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very kind and helpful. A really great stay and we’ll be back!
