Foam filling arrived in an oversized box. Would have expected it to be shrink-wrapped or protected in some way. But the perception was it was just thrown into a box.

Adam Smith from Safe and Sound mobile come to install a Ghost II immobiliser & standalone tracker to my 4x4 today.
On time, polite and a very professional installation with no mess or signs of his install. He then took the necessary time to explain how the system worked and give me the required documents and instructions.
He even waited a few minutes to let me try the system and gave guidance until I was completely happy
Highly recommend if you need an anti theft device installed by a professional.

After reporting an issue to the Hill Customer Service Team a surveyor was promptly dispatched who then organised for a Hill Tradesman to attend site.

The tradesman - Daniel Phillips arrived promptly on both days and was both polite and very efficient in carrying out the required work to a high standard and left clean and tidy on completion.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and the end result.
