Too slow to ship. Is this a scam after all?

I placed an order on 27 November 2020. The money was taken from my credit card on 27 November. After one week no emails from company advising about the shipment. The online chat has been offline each time I have visited the site since 27 November. I wrote them an email and did get a reply telling me it would take 10 business days for products to be shipped (that is slow!). Today is 14 December and I haven't got any update yet. I wrote them another email again and have not received a reply. This must be one of the worst, sluggish, online experience I have had. Where is the good customer service and fast delivery advertised? Now I am running the risk of not receiving the goods I ordered before Christmas, and they will certainly blame it on the post service, when in reality it is their fault for taking too long to ship my order. I am really unhappy with this situation.
