Confuse booking system

It was rather confuse to arrange new connection of new property on 16/12 and disconnection of old property on 6/1.

I spent 2 long calls explaining my plans (very polite and well trainned operators, though) and I would still receive a text saying "This is to confirm disconnection on 17/12".

Otherwise, all went very well.
