Good quality trips

Just came back from an ice climbing weekend in Italy with No Boundaries. Overall it was a very positive experience - I'm impressed by the quality of the guide Herve and his focus on safety. The accommodation was quite adequate and I'm surprised we managed to fit in two full days of ice climbing in two and a half days time (including getting from and to London). The scenery was incredible and so are the company of fellow adventurers on the trip. Would go travelling again with No Boundaries in the future.

Parcel Stuck for Three Weeks and Continues...

My parcel from Claudie Piorlet (france) has been stuck at Birmingham for almost three weeks, I tried e-mailing FedEx everyday but got no clear response. Phoning them never works - I've waited almost an hour and there was no answer. Shocking customer service

Long wait at customer phone line

I've just moved into a new property where the previous owner was using Powershop. Had to call powershop in order to register my details with them (no option to open an account online), waited on the line for an hour only to be hung up by them, then tried again, waited another hour and finally got to speak to them to open an account. Customer service is really not good, no wonder why I'm switching from them immediately.

13 days later and still no refund...

13 days later and still no refund.... Placed an order for vacuum cleaner using a gift card, the order did not go through, but the money was still wiped out. So far I've been messaging customer service on website but no e-mail confirmation on refund and nothing....
UPDATE: refund has been received after 15 days.

Excellent Click&collect services

Excellent products, ordered a couple of times using the website click&collect during the busy christmas period, all arrived within time. Great customer service at the stores, too.

Don't use gift cards to buy items from Currys website

I've bought multiple items from Currys before, all without problem, but this time, I purchased a vacuum cleaner using a gift card on the Currys website, the website crashed showing message 'Can't process order' however the money was still wiped off my gift card, worth 100£. MoneySavingExpert has reported this issue already and it happened over Black Friday sales period. It has been a whole week now and the refund still has not arrived, with no vacuum cleaner. I've been messaging Currys website every day and it's caused a lot of stress as the average waiting time to get hold of an agent is an hour. Completely not worth it for the money and time I've wasted, I will never buy from Currys again.
AND BEWARE BUYING THINGS FROM CURRYS WEBSITE USING GIFT CARD AT THE MOMENT!!
