Audiolab 9000A amplifier chosen as an upgrade after several discussions with the helpful and knowledgeable John at Expressive with respect to the options available and the vagaries of our listening room and existing equipment. This is proving a satisfying choice given its suite of required inputs (DAC, MM & Line In) and notable clarity & definition and improved speaker control. Ordering and delivery was timely taking little over a week with John helpfully delivering it to our house and aiding with installation. Expressive Audio have my recommendation as a dealer for anyone located in Eastern England.

Discussion with John, Expressive's knowledgeable Manager, confirmed my thoughts on replacing my cd player by a CDT9000 Audiolab transport. Subsequently this was ordered, despatched and personally delivered in little over a week. Excellent service allround.

Found Expressive Audio, Lincolnshire newest hi-fi & av dealer, while searching for (relatively) local Rega stockists. After a quick phone call I arranged a visit which showed their store offered an interesting selection of products mainly from quality UK based suppliers. Discussions with the manager on turntable options and my requirements identified the Planar 3 as the likely best option & a demonstration was arranged for a later date. Following a leisurely audition purchase was arranged as my preferred colour option was out of stock. This was delivered within a week and the deck expertly set up with my own cartridge prior to collection. I cannot fault my purchasing experience: the manager was friendly, attentive, experienced & knowledgable & purchase was smooth & efficient for a product I am entirely satisfied with.
