Ordered 2 armchairs on 17th January

Ordered 2 armchairs on 17th January. They were delivered on the 18th April - wrong colour and one of the power leads was broken. They promised to reorder the correct colour but as of yet they have not even been ordered by the manager at the Farnborough branch. He is useless by the way. I have phonedCustomer Service in excess of 30 times and although they have rang me back most of the time nothing has been resolved. I am now passing this to a third party to claim my money back. If I could give Minus 5 stars I would.
