Asda failure

Been with them several years with no problems then the sim stopped working gave me codes to unblock the sim none of which worked they then said best thing to do was send a new sim through the post. Took a week to arrive told my number would be transferred within 24 hours to my original number left it 30 hours rung back said they could now see where the problem was again 24 hours to get my number back again no number asked for another 24 hours. again no number than it was 6 hours a several times I lost patience in their ability ordered a sim from an other provider got PAC code it should change on the 4/8/25. no one cared very poor English spoken by customer service on the whole. Will update if still problems on the 4th. Plenty of options on comparison sites life is to short to put up with issues like this.04/o8 manage to transfer number so give them credit will see if they stop taking payments will update if they do.

Pay extra for nothing more

I am a prime member but wanted a kettle when mine give up the ghost ordered before 5am paid £ 2 for same day delivery. After 3pm got an e mail saying left sorting centre rung got through to a call centre man in India I would say. He informed me that it would be there by 10 pm I started to explain that I'm not comfortable opening the door later a night (as I'm disabled) to which he replied I did not say in the middle of the night. I never said he did. very rude man tried to cancel order he said it may not be possible In the end cancelled very rude man company want subscriptions plus one off payment for services other on line retailers do better for a one of payment . being loyal is silly in this day & age lesson learned will buy other places in future and cancel subscription as not worth the money I'm afraid.

Click & Collect nonesense

Click & Collect ordered pillow cases bed sheet quilt cover all matching all at the same time send me the email 2 packages to collect in store. 1 in a ridiculous sized box other cylindrical plastic brought home did not open for a few days no quilt cover in huge box only sheet check email again 2 packages phone asda tell me there is in fact 3 packages email wrong. Ready for me to pick up inform her i won't be picking up the 3rd one and cancel the 3rd order. informed i cannot get a refund until after the 15/12 and have to ring again to process.Terrible service their mistake but I have to wait for refund plus ring again to get back my money Never again will update if I encounter more issues getting a refund.

No refund given

If their courier does not deliver (Evri) you will not get money back they demand evidence you can not supply. Cheap but if it goes wrong kiss a refund goodbye. they pretend to listen but ultimately just refuse to refund. Because you can't supply evidence you can never give as not available to you. Only order what you can afford to lose as no refund.

No car no knock simple

Followed on my phone seen i was next watched out of window left in open view in a terraced house went to the door asked why they never knocked. He replied as there was no car outside he does not knock. I have seizures so cannot drive the parcel was over £100 pounds in value left in plain site of anyone passing. luckily I've seen him but can imagine the hoops needed to claim on it Terrible company no regard for peoples property what so ever.

Great company themselves but terrible couriers

Great company themselves but the courier's used are terrible. In the past EVRi have left parcels outside my terraced house. Today DHL left outside i was waiting for it seen i was next so seen him pass my window & out of my gate went to the door asked why he never knocked he said he doesn't if there's no car outside. I have seizures so cant drive. The parcel was over £100 pounds in value left in clear view in a terraced house. Lucky I don't have to claim if stolen. DHL very bad service but ultimately this is on zooplus who have them as agents to deliver their products very disappointed

E bay tried again company posted nearly…

E bay tried again company posted nearly at close of business an the night before it had to arrive across country for next morning but receiving payment 80+ hours before. e bay make it so difficult to do anything that it could be surrgested that they encouraged this type of behaver and care little for buyers only commission. be very careful unless you have time and can be bothered chasing these people to get your cash back. this is outdated much better ways to get goods customer service is a joke avoid is my advice.

Commission is king

Bought a halogen cooker thought I was buying from a UK company due to postage time but it was a Chinese's company it broke with in weeks e/mails followed promises broken asked e bay to help they took sellers side. No use at all think hard before buying from e bay they don't care only about the commission they receive. criminals operate on this platform without a care.
