Asda failure
Been with them several years with no problems then the sim stopped working gave me codes to unblock the sim none of which worked they then said best thing to do was send a new sim through the post. Took a week to arrive told my number would be transferred within 24 hours to my original number left it 30 hours rung back said they could now see where the problem was again 24 hours to get my number back again no number asked for another 24 hours. again no number than it was 6 hours a several times I lost patience in their ability ordered a sim from an other provider got PAC code it should change on the 4/8/25. no one cared very poor English spoken by customer service on the whole. Will update if still problems on the 4th. Plenty of options on comparison sites life is to short to put up with issues like this.04/o8 manage to transfer number so give them credit will see if they stop taking payments will update if they do.
