Terrible experience. We took our kitten in and were never given clear prices for treatment, only vague talk. Instead, euthanasia was pushed as the “kind” option. Later we learned kittens his age often survive panleukopenia with proper care — his siblings did at home. We felt pressured into a decision without the full truth. When we got his records, we found details of the diagnosis added long after he was already gone. This company is as corporate, greedy, and soulless as it gets. I will never trust IVC Evidensia again, and neither should anyone else.

I paid them £5 so that they provided some answers for questions I was asking. Then they charged me £29 for a monthly subscription I never knowingly signed up for.
