Very helpful customer service

There was a bit of a wait for delivery, but after emailing in, Mike was very helpful. I had to wait a bit longer than planned, which Mike apologised for. Once I received my oval tub and chiller, the tub had a leak. Mike was straight on the case, sending a replacement which arrive two days later. Things don’t always go to plan, but I can’t fault Polar Recovery for reacting to the issues and solving them for me! Great equipment, easy to set up, and I would definitely recommend.

I haven’t even received my trainers

I haven’t even received my trainers! I have tried to reply to the email I got from customer service today but it won’t let me send my email to that email address! I would still like my trainers but not
If I’m going to have to wait another two weeks
