As a business owner running 4 cars around town is really important to me to know where my teams are at any given time, they driving as I'm expecting
And they are safe. I'm a customer of Optimus GPS Tracker for 4 years now and I love the product the price but more then everything I appreciate the customer service.
Highly recommended.

I rented a car through them I paid extra for car protection when I pic up the car they didn't accept they cover and I had to pay more for the rental company

Nothing with this carier is good
The worst customer service experience!
Every 2 months "eccidentally" they add charges to my bill
When I call to check why every representative giving me different answers until finally(after spending hours on the phone) the reason and they credit me in the next bill, on top of that I miss bunch of calls because they working on the towers for ever and it normal for them somehow.
And when I decided no more then start the most frustrating process I have ever deal with
