Excellent online service and speedy payment of claims!

Do not purchase - they do not refund returns. It’s been over 22 days since my return was received and no refund! Have chased several times. Nothing!

Great except returns are tricky. Labels have to be printed and don’t always print well.

Ordered on 30/8 and still not received. Contacted customer service and Nikki said she’d track and get back to me. Never heard back and still no order. SCAM!

Excellent customer service again from the TW White Great Bookham Team. Took in my Mazda CX-5 and they were super helpful, sorted out my navigation issue quickly and my car key whilst I waited. Used WiFi while I waited to work. They are customer centric and technically brilliant. Highly recommend!

We chose Wickes for our new kitchen as John Gillam was fantastic. He came out to provide us with a quote and gave us great advice on how we could achieve a new kitchen within the budget we had available. He listened to our request to keep our existing granite worktop & designed a great refresh of our kitchen. When we visited the showroom everything was prepared, he was professional & went the extra mile to explore options with us. John sought the best offer for us & offered finance which he clearly explained. He found a great fitter for a tricky job. Can’t wait to have the kitchen installed.

Roland is fantastic! He cleaned my patio & my Dad’s leaving both of them looking great. He is reliable, hardworking, easy to deal with & fairly priced. I would 100% recommend him and will use his services again.

Clare-London is a scam. Have reported to my bank. I fell for the sob story advert on Meta about needing to close down small business. It’s NOT real. They spell name differently Claire & Clare. They have multiple websites with same story & different products. When you order online no confirmation sent & no product sent.

It gets worse!!! The refund I received was not the full amount I paid. Disgraceful!
Product is great but customer service is terrible! Chatbots very annoying & take ages to answer the real question you want answered. Delivery didn’t happen as logistics issue despatching mattress - email update said despatched with courier but never got despatched! Will never order again from Emma!

Ordered & my order was not shipped. Received 3 automated emails saying not yet shipped. Still not received goods even though Look Fantastic took payment immediately. Now they are refusing to refund me As they still haven’t shipped which is illegal for an online sale. DO NOT buy from them! Use Feel Unique instead who offer fantastic customer service & prompt reliable service.
