Dismal experience. Vitality has gone out of its way to delay and prolong the process of approving a straightforward claim for a serious condition that can, apparently, be treated quite quickly. Mean time I am stuck with it. First they required an NHS certificate of my diagnosis - this cost me £50 and took over a month for my NHS doctor to prepare (thanks NHS) then they came back saying as I hadn't been with the GP for long enough (at least 18 months!) and they would need evidence from my prior GP that I didn't have a previously diagnosed condition. In the mean time, calling them up involves inevitable triage. There is no easy way to communicate them.

Since I have this claim I am now stuck with Vitality until it is resolved, but had I known the process would be this poor I would never, ever have taken out the policy.

Well the pills come regular as clockwork, and when our poor doggo finally passed on, yumove was very thoughtful and considerate in waiving the cost last installment of pills, and sending us some lovely wild flower seeds to scatter in our garden to remember her.

Easy to buy and good price... We will see how we go if we ever have to make a claim. That is ultimately where the true value is.

It was really fun. We had two successive sessions with Gloria (Tamara) and Ashika, and both were lovely. Clear, patient, fun and friendly. We really connected. It made what could have been a stressful experience really quite neat! Merry Christmas to you both!
