I placed a multi-item order with MemoryC. At first, I was disappointed at the waiting period; I contacted support and they told me although all the stock I wanted was present, it was in different warehouses. I elected to pick up my order. I then realised I had ordered the wrong RAM, I contacted support and they were more than happy to remove it. I placed my order on the 14 of June and picked it up today, 22 June, a day *before* the estimate. I drove to the pick up location and a gentleman placed the items in my trunk. Well packaged. Secure. Every item listed.

Shopping experience 4.5/5 - the only quibble I have is that there is no way to amend the order and add/remove from it yourself. If they make this facility available to, say, a deadline date, after which orders are locked, it would be helpful.

Tried to order a camera on the 28th of December. Not delivered. No idea where it is. Very suspicious- no responses from the company. No coherent updates on the tracking except "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible". And this is *AFTER* it supposedly got to the Local Depot for the courier!!!

Are they waiting the 30 days so they do not have to refund us? *****DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM**** if I do get a response, I will update this review. But so far..... nothing. V worried.

This is the second tme I have ordered from Custom PC. As part of my larger order, I expected to receive a component based on some information on their website. When the order arrived, I was missing the expected component. I reached out to Custom PC for help and they explained that the information on their website was incorrect; I was expecting them to wring their hands and shrug BUT... but they owned the mistake and completed my order. This is the highest level of customer service and has built my trust in the company, All my parts were solidly packaged and arrived in great condition. I am delighted and will visit again!!
