I cannot fault the customer service at Yoto who tried their best to rectify delivery problems.
I ordered a single card which Yodel magaed to lose at their depot Yoto sent a replacement and exactly the same problem occurred. I believe that the problem was that the package was too small for Yodels system.
Yoto gave me a full refund I then ordered the same card on Amazon which was deliver the next day no problem

I had made the mistake of putting the wrong Postcode on my order which meant that the courier could not deliver my order.
I was immediately contacted by the sales office who once I had given the correct address reorganised the delivery for the next day

After a four week wait from Argos and then being told it was out of stock AO delivered within 4 days. Excellent service
