After a painful experience with parcels going missing and poor communication about this issue. I wanted to say; that when things do go wrong and it's how you rectify the problem that counts. I am pleased to say Monica in customer services did step up and called us and re-ordered my stools and I can now say that these have arrived safely. So thank you Monica for sorting this problem out. So I am happy to reverse my rating on this now. My suggestion though is to put a customer service telephone number on your website. It would help stop any unnecessary stress when things do go wrong and email communication is not good enough.
