Your courier Noor is terrible

Your courier Noor is terrible. Continually throwing parcels over the fence, laughs at you when you ask them to be taken to the front door. Does not deliver with care, takes photos by climbing the fence saying it has been delivered to a safe place despite being left in a puddle. Parcels are continually broken/damaged. Unable to contact Evri as just get the automated service 🤬

CRAP Customer Service

Unable to contact Customer Service to arrange a return. Jeans have 2 different sizes on two different labels! They don't fit!
Have contacted Shuuk 3 times via email, 3 times on Whatsapp and phoned but none of these ways of communication have worked! Seriously terrible customer service, I advise you only order if you know exactly what size you need!

Easy informative process

Andrew Alexander was very good and informative. Offered additional services but absolutely no hard sell. Made the process very simple and I felt completely at ease. Full social distancing acknowledge, wore a mask the whole time and sanitised his digital pen before I used it to sign the final document. Great service.
