predatory

predatory. bad service, bad people, cant even keep a printer up and running. half the folks in line for 30 minutes weren't helped for one reason or another.
I highly recommend avoiding these folks like COVID.
customer service called here. after I hung up. another guy from the same bank of America number called back, calls me "the B WORD" and hangs up. they did nothing about it, they denied it even happened. their people are horrible, they lie and are for the most part quite useless

Spectrum is the absolute pits

this company is horrible.
they dont record when customers cancel initially.
ive had to call back to cancel service multiple times.
We couldn't even return equipment to their local office.
Their system is down...
their entire system is suspect.
and they are so disrespectful regarding customers Time.
it took 20 minutes for them to turn off an account. they asked maybe 15 questions as to why I was leaving, who is their replacement, etc. just completely in denial and refuse to value their customers time.
Id recommend NO INTERNET as opposed to dealing with this company.

Brian went wrong this time.
argumentative, arrogant, rude, ignores customers problems, is rather snarky and has a bad attitude in general. its a shame he works with the public. Id be willing to wager than betmgm.com could reach in a hat and pull out a random name and that person would be a better representative of the company than Brian, who even REFUSED to get a supervisor to express my frustrations to.
I thought this was a better company.

35 minutes on phone to get. service tech.
Maui who was the person in the tech dept. is a dolt (idiot)
but amazingly hes like most every other rep from Directv.
the company is a chit show.
ive been with them since you had to PAY to get it installed, 1998ish.

bad customer service.

bad customer service.
change policies without letting paying customer know.
technology is subpar to be nice.
satellite outages are out of hand.
i wouldnt recommend them to anyone for anything

Cindy helped me thru the process completely. i had to change shipping address to keep wife from knowing about gift. everything went off like clockwork.
