Great service at a great price

AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS .I would definitely give zero stars if I could .
This company has only one agenda which is to try and claw as much money from their customers as possible by producing over inflated estimated bills, which result in them increasing your direct debit payment . At the moment I’m in the middle of complaining to their Executive complaints team which to be honest is as useless as their billing department .. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS..

Phoned on Friday 23rd September and Chip was fixed on Tuesday 27th September. Great service. The guy who fixed it John, was professional and friendly ..

This is one of those occasions when someone who matters actually reads a review and acts upon it .
and after an exchange of emails and a few phone calls and a visit back to the garage, my problem was resolved.
It’s good to see that reviewing an issue can make a difference.
Still shame on BMW warranty for causing the problem in the first place..

Shambles of a company.. couldn’t organise repair dates . Admin staff are poorly trained and totally dis functional .. management included.. would not recommend.. poor

Let me start by saying if I could give no stars then I would.
I urge anyone to think twice before dealing with this company , they are shambolic , I have been waiting for a refund for a returned product which they have received via DPD which was arranged by them , they sent an email saying they received it back but didn’t scan it on to their system which means it will not generate a refund..so now they have my Apple iwatch & my money and ive got nothing.. there customer service is a joke if you can get to talk to them ( one actually told me to sue them) I am now in the process of chasing them through my credit card company ..
Don’t make the same mistake as I have AVOID
