Read the fine print. The Proof platform would no longer allow any digital certificate to be used other than a Proof certificate. I paid for 3 years to Identrust a few days ago and they will not refund me. Perhaps this company should speak with Proof, like I did, to verify that they do not support this digital certificate any longer. I have it in writing if needed. This was a renewal from a couple of years ago, so I didn’t read the fine print.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this company. I ordered something, waited for days, received an email saying it had been returned, asked customer service what was going on and no one could or would help me. Thanks Sharna, Sinead & Amal for absolutely nothing. This is a worthless company.

I’ve spent 2 hours of my life trying to order from this company. I couldn’t use my gift card (it is cash) with the promo. Every time I go to order something, it’s out of stock even though it says it’s in stock and being held in my cart for 19 minutes. This whole process has been terrible and I feel like I’ve been scammed. Now I have this gift card that I can’t use. I can’t believe anyone would put their name on this. Yes Kate, I’m talking to you. It’s a trap!
