Need better descriptions and communication with Sellers
There needs to be more ability for sellers to describe what they are selling. There needs to be a way for potential buyers to ask sellers questions.
The concierge team was great! But, the problem I had never would have happened if either the description provided was better or there was a way to ask a question.
I say this to be constructive, Grailzee’s app is better (and that one needs improvement too).
