I went into the store in Shrewsbury and got a gait analysis, I felt a bit intimidated at the start as I’m very new to running but after speaking to the staff member there, felt better. Very knowledgeable, recommended 3 pairs of shoes but said which they thought helped my gait the most. Overall very pleased! I ordered the trainers online and they came quickly, very happy and will definitely be using again!

I was very excited as there was a 60% off sale, so I was right in there picking my bargains - i have to say, their fluffy (borg?) jumpers are honestly the best things i have purchased - very good value for money (only with the 60% off, i don’t think i’d pay full price). One of my items was missing from my order which i was very sad about but the team were quick to send me a refund (they don’t do exchanges or sending out another item which is disappointing) but overall a pleasant experience. However, there is a severe lack of plus size items - they should do the main stock in bigger sizes!
