excellent customer service for urgent order

placed an order on Friday and asked for rush delivery, as the backgrounds were required for a photoshoot on the Tuesday. shipping stated delivery would be made Thursday, spoke to a customer service rep and they noted they had spoken to the courier and would get my order to me ASAP. Order updated to delivery Monday, so in time for the shoot. AMAZING service. THANK YOU!!!

easy switch, the rest awful

switched online after my last supplier went into administration.
easy to switch online, i have only been with my current supplier 3 months on credit meter before that i was on prepayment so i inputted my last monthly usage (112kwh on electric 136kwh on gas) was told i would pay £39 a month - great that is manageable for me.

all confirmed

i then get an email from arvo saying my usage is low and they need a bill, no problem, i send the bill.

they come back and tell me “ Based on the annual usage figures provided (Electricity - 1344 kWh and Gas - 7637 kWh) we can offer a monthly direct debit amount of £57.00”

i say that my last annual usage was an example as hub didn’t have any details on my usage from ultilta as i was on prepayment and that arvo to go off my monthly usage as that a true reading.

was told “ I have included a screenshot of where we have taken these figures from your bill. If you believe them to be incorrect you will have to contact your current supplier to question this” i can’t, they have gone into administration.

i tell them i cannot afford to pay £57 a month and rack up loads in credit only to get it back at the end of the year??
doesn’t make any sense at all

website says one thing, then they email to say you have to pay more?

i live in a mid terrace, single person, barely home due to work and rarely have heating on.

can't fault the service

can't fault the service. called up and queries were answered promptly, easy to change billing date with no issue. bills have dropped from £60 a month with Bulb pre-payment (they refused to put me on credit whilst i was with them despite having an excellent credit score) to around £25-£30 a month with Hub.

price hikes year after year ! not clear in terms. wiggles out of paying!

been with agria for 6 years with my three ragdolls. started of fine, claimed only once for one of them and claim went through without a hitch. past about the ages of 3 the monthly payments kept going up and up and up. the only way to get these down was to up my excess, my excess was set at £160 for one £175 for the other! they don’t cover dental which other insurers do - even if the scale and polish is insisted on for medical grounds of mouth disease! put a claim in for £450 and after my excess , 10% was taken away and they refused to pay the dental scale and polish i got the grand sum of.....£100 back. it totally takes the mick the thousands of pounds they have had from me over the years with 0 claims on two of my pets and they refuse to pay out for the ONE thing they need. money grabbing, don’t be sucked in! i’ve gone with bought by many who offer 15% multi pet discount with £69 excess!

**UPDATE**
as all can see Agria have responded below, informing me that dental cover is included. turns out scale and polish is covered when it's for gingivitis....even though i've had 2 colleagues of Agria on the phone tell me that it isn't and read out the Ts&Cs to me..... even though i asked specifically 'is scale and polish not covered when it is for a DISEASE OF THE GUMS?' i.e. gingivitis! honestly, cannot wait to be done with this insurance company if they had just been clear from the BEGINNING i wouldn't have to now call over four times to attempt to get this resolved, along with waste more of the vets time with them filling in forms to update for the extra money claim due for the scale and polish. not to mention the admin charge from the vets!

**UPDATE**
further update, Agria refused to cover the dental. went through 2 appeals...nothing. don't trust this company to pay out, will be moving to Bought by Many as soon as this policy runs out.
