Got a new boiler installed and no faults at all. 100% recommend company. The installer Anthony who they arranged was prompt and very efficient. He was professional and approachable such a nice guy. I now have a plumber if I ever need one but will sure be using Anthony for boiler service thank you

Excellent from start to finish

Great speedy service from start to finish. Was referred to this company from the drivers paddock (purchasing car) and they got me a very low APR rate and kept me informed and updated throughout. Very professional company. Unfortunately I did not proceed with the purchase of the car due to too many imperfections to the bodywork but been assured that the finance that was agreed will be cancelled

Update (Poor)

Update - After getting a response from a colleague called Neve that free shares that are queued can take upto 30 working days to be given even know it says 7 to 10 days. Me and my friend who I referred still waiting since 27th October. I got my first free share within 5 days but for some reason you don’t get paid for anymore it seems. I feel Neve just fobbed me off with his response 30 working days

No Voucher …

Great offers and received my cashback within 3 months however still awaiting 50.00 voucher for Amazon which I was expecting within 120 days. I have received no voucher and I am still awaiting a response from there customer service team as it’s passed this now

We thank you for leaving a review.

When we run voucher campaigns it takes up to 120 days days for Virgin Broadband to go through and validate every single sale and ensure each purchase followed the correct journey and met the terms and conditions to be eligible for the voucher. If you were not sent your voucher automatically this means either your order was not tracked properly (due to purchasing through Safari, adblockers not disabled, using incognito browsing etc) or because somewhere in the journey the T&Cs were not met. This could be due to if you purchased this deal in conjunction with another offer/voucher/cashback or if you did not purchase the correct package or cancelled the order etc.

As a price comparison service we do not have access to customer data therefore if there is a query around a voucher, for instance when it hasn't automatically been issued, we are required to ask customers for certain information in order to be able to escalate these claims.

As per our emails on the 4th and the 9th of November we are still awaiting your order reference number or proof of bill. Once we have this we can investigate your case and come to a solution as soon as possible.

Poor Customer Journey

I am still waiting on a refund for a cancellation that avant homes would not agree to extend for another 3 months. am not happy that it takes 28 days for this to be processed. Avant are quick to take the money to reserve the property and as quick to put the property back on the market but it takes 28 days for a refund that’s a joke. The property should not be back on the market until refund has been processed. It’s been a few weeks now and still no sign of the refund that I am entitled to and Avant have no right to keep this money.
I still think Avant could of kept the property for us as if it wasn’t built then we would had to wait. The development is going to take 4/5 years so a few months to wait on 1 property which we reserved wasn’t much to ask. I also very much doubt it that when a new buyer comes along that the property with be sold and completed by March with how long solicitors are taking right now.
Anyway can I please request to receive my refund that I am entitled too ASAP

Terrible estate agent DON T USE

We placed an offer on a property and asked the estate agent if the buyer would accept the offer and to cancel all other viewings and take it of the market. The offer was slightly above the asking price. I feel that the seller does not know about the offer as they are still going ahead with all viewings (6 I believe) and the estate agent is awaiting to see if another offer comes in to start a bidding war. The estate agent attitude is rude and we feel the buyer does not know about our offer. The estate agent told us until we instruct a solicitor and pay search’s all viewings will still continue but we can’t instruct solicitors until we know if the offer has been accepted. Due to this we have withdrawn our offer and went with our other property where they have accepted our offer and have cancelled all viewings. When we informed the estate agent about this they didn’t seem bothered and surprised they didn’t do more to persuade us to reconsider.

Worse taxi service ever

Worse taxi service ever, I asked taxi driver to drive us on the way to McDonald’s which he refused shocking (paying customer) driver called me racists and asked us to get out of his taxi in the middle of the a19 (motorway) I refused as I was a paying customer. In the end due to the attitude of the driver he dropped us of about a 1/2 mile away from our destination (anything could of happened) as he was given us abuse shocking, I have always used Uber and this service was shocking. I only asked to go to McDonald’s and the driver said no as it’s a fixed Fair however I have asked other Uber drivers to do the same thing and no issues at all generally very happy with service upto now. I used Uber to take us to the destination and the service was brilliant. To take us home I was very unhappy with the driver who said get out in the middle of a motorway where he suddenly stopped the car and said get out. I refused this And said u can’t do this I am a customer and to I just take us home. As I mentioned I had enough of the driver so got out about 1/2 mile from home which I had to walk late at night (4am)
