I was promised that I could return it for a refund if it wasn't suitable. It was delivered 2/3 days later. I took it straight out for a walk. It was perfect.

We bought armchairs from the HSL store in Milton Keynes several years ago. We were completely satisfied with the service at the time, and we continue to be very happy with the chairs. So when, a month or so ago, we wanted a sofa as well, we went back to the same store. As we have been self-isolating, we were delighted to discover they made a special arrangement for my wife and I to visit the store when no other customers were present. We found exactly what we wanted on display and then chose the fabric we wanted. The store assistants were helpful in every way. We subsequently received several phone calla over a period of weeks focusing on the date and arrangements for delivery. The delivery was managed perfectly and felt totally Covid-safe. Only one tiny problem: owing to a misunderstanding when we ordered, our sofa had oak legs instead of mahogany. A phone call to the store and in less than a week the legs were delivered by post and a fitter visited to change them. Service that could not be faulted - and an extremely comfortable sofa!
