Order placed and still waiting a week later for any update, you email the customer service team and you get a response saying we will respond in 3-5 days...

Can't fault the product but in future will buy from Amazon

Excellent Service

Great service from start to finish, kept well informed throughout and a courtesy vehicle provided. Yes it may cost slightly more but knowing car is fixed with genuine BMW parts is satisfying.

Ordering and distribution needs to be better.

No or little communication, chatbot isn't very helpful.
Items ordered on 22.02.24, chased up after 10 days and impossible to get an answer, seems like the company is not interested in helping customers solve issues, once they have your money they just blame delays and stock issues. Only thing going for them is the products are great.

Edit (12/3/24):

ESN customer support have reached out and explained the issues behind the delay (high demand and a new warehouse system). Again I still believe their products are the best going but will need to order in plenty of time before my stocks deplete. Just hope they come quicker !

Terrible service

Terrible service.

7-10 working days to deliver, this is day 10 only to be told it’s now with the courier and should be with me in 48 hours even after being told it was dispatched on 20/10/22

If I could give 0 stars then I would.

Faultless Service

Just back from 16 nights in Belek, can't thank Katya, Denis and the team at Kaden enough for what they did for us. 7 nights at Gloria golf and then 9 nights at Calista. From pick up on 15.09.22 to drop off at the airport on 01.10.22 they could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to help us. Even managed an upgrade at Calista to a family duplex suite.

Corendon - Glasgow to Antalya

Flew with Corendon from Glasgow to Antalya last week (04.04.22) and returned yesterday 11.04.22.

Having read the reviews on Trustpilot and other sites i was somewhat wary of using them but not having used them before I thought I would wait and see.

Our agent had some issues booking our golf clubs on but this was finally resolved after some communications back and forth and an additional cost to us. Our agent did inform Corendon at the time of the initial booking that we were taking clubs and the airline confirmed they were booked but the system wasn't set up as we booked almost as soon as the flights were released.

Our outbound flight was delayed by about 90 mins due to airspace issues, so it meant extra time at the airport bar which wasn't a bad thing for 12 guys going golfing.

Cabin service was okay but they run out of alcohol mid way through the flight !!

On checking back in for the return leg half of our group were checked in without issues then they asked myself for proof of my golf clubs being booked. Luckily i had all the paperwork confirming this. I did ask the supervisor why he hadn't requested this from the other members of our group and he mentioned something about possibly my agent hadn't confirmed or paid the airline. Thankfully I had all the paperwork and emails from the agent confirming the clubs were booked from Corendon. Not sure what their point was to be fair.

On the whole, i would use Corendon again, flight times were good and plenty of leg room etc in standard seats.

Fantastic Service

First class service from Denis, Katya and team.

Booked a golf holiday for 12 of us and right throughout the whole process they have been available to answer any questions. Any issues we had were quickly assisted with and as a group we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Already looking into booking again with them next year.
