25 mins online chat to order a new drawer. Had to provide all my personal details twice over so my account could be verified. This was pointless as despite my account being accessed and me only having 2 items registered on there I had to provide every number on my integrated freezer known to man. Despite these all being listen on my account for ease.
Painful, not customer friendly. The staff member kept disappearing for minutes on end with no communication to say what they were doing or how long they would be.

Ordered two roller blinds for the kitchen. I already have 5 blinds from this company ordered since 2016.
I was hugely disappointed, the blinds came and were of poor quality. The finish was rushed...wonky hems, badge stuck on completely lopsided and the material of the blind was all scratched.
Rang and sent photographs and refund was sent immediately and without fuss. Can't complain about customer service but seems standard have slipped. Will think twice before ordering again.

I ordered the slim tall refined hunters as I don't have big calves. They bagged at the front of my ankle when I tried them on and looked terrible. I also ordered the shoe size appropriate wellie socks. I would describe these as being like a christmas stocking...very large and an odd shape. When I put them on they looked great on the outside but there was lots of material folded over on the inside so if I'd have kept them and worn them I have no doubt they would have rubbed and been uncomfortable. Real shame, I am a size 12 and my calves are nothing out of the ordinary but these just didn't fit. Gutted

Booked WeSpray to spray some fitted wooden cupboards in the living room, Laura came for a consultation and was really knowledgable. By the time we left the mantle piece and window area was also being painted.
On the day of the spray the team were really professional and spent hours prepping to make sure the end result was the best.
It was a very long day for the team and a very exciting reveal. The work they have done is stunning, can't believe how different the room looks and what a great idea it was rather than replacing!
This company were recommended to us by a neighour and I would recommend them to anyone.

Boat lovely, clean and route great. Saw numerous dolphins which was great. What let this down was the lack of communication from the guide...he barely said 3 words. No one knew why we had stopped....turned out it was an area to see dolphins. No one knew we could have drinks or a sandwich or where the toilet was.
Better communication would have made this much better

This is agile and easy to use..it does make your wrist ache after prolonged use though.
Amazing cleaning and the best part is the car cleaning kit...I would say this is essential anyway as the attachments are great for all kinds of cleaning tasks.
