I’ve recently ordered some PS5 headphones and whilst I have had an invoice I haven’t heard anything from them for almost 2 weeks. I’m a bit concerned as it’s a very much wanted Christmas gift for my 9 year old son. Money has already been taken. Think I’ve been totally conned 😢
Following writing this review I was contacted by Shopplay (see below) so after emailing again I received a response with reassurance that the headphones would arrive in December. They explained that they were busy and trying to get through the back log of emails they had received. Massively appreciate the response and 🤞🏻 they arrive before Christmas now.
