I needed some aluminium bars, after searching the internet I was amazed at the high prices, not just for the item but the delivery cost also.
I came across Metals4U and was surprised at the much lower prices compared to other suppliers I had come across. There delivery cost was also very competitive and quick.

We had a problem with the boiler tank, I spoke to David at INTU and he told me to send it back. I immediately received a label to send the tank back via the Post Office. Despite the bank holiday weekend it was returned within a week, problem sorted. Excellent service from INTU.

Delivery was quick, coms were good. Unfortunately due to holiday, haven’t had a chance to use the Ooono yet.

Last September we had to have new smart meters fitted. Immediately following this, we began to have problems with our gas meter not sending the usage readings to Octopus and the new In House Display would not work. After contacting Octopus, several people had problems sorting it out with no joy. Eventually I got a fella called Nick on the job. He was very helpful, kept me informed on what was happening and persevered until eventually he sorted it out. It took a couple of weeks, but he got the job done. Well done Nick. Love and Power

Excellent Product, Excellent Service

Would have been 5 stars but incorrect address was put on address label so DPD could not deliver on Friday, and was told they could not deliver until Monday.
Obviously being unhappy with this I contacted electrical direct and they got the goods delivered on the Saturday.
Item was well priced compared to what I paid several years ago from a very well known retail chain and if correct address was put on label delivery would have been speedy delivery. So we’ll done Electricaldirect fir sorting out delivery.
