The worst
The worst. I have been a devoted customer, purchasing multiple laptops from them since IBM days. I need tech support for a software issue. I've tried calling in 3 times -- 1 hang up from a rude person incensed I'd called the wrong line, 1 promised call back which turned out to have no one on the other end, 1 endless hold after being told my issue wasn't pressing enough to get any attention. My yoga is under warranty and I'm reluctant to bring it to work because it can't pass security protocols because a driver issue prevents updates.
Totally ridiculous. I wish I could return it and use the $ to buy something else.
