I have always had excellent service from Clearly, but this particular order was not a happy experience!
As I am planning a holiday I needed to ensure that I have sufficient contacts for my Holiday, sufficient before I go and sufficient that I won’t be in a panic on my return, so I ordered more than my usual monthly supplies. Clearly encourage larger orders at checkout, so I assumed there would be no problems.
Foolishly, I added the “free” sunglasses, thinking they would be a great add on for my trip.
The sunglasses arrived in 3 days, whereupon my order was shown as delivered. It took many emails over 3 weeks to make clearly understand that my contacts HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED!
Another 3-4 weeks before they arrived had me fairly nervous and thankful that I had planned ahead.
Takeaway?: 1.Just Order your regular supplies.
2. If you need more order more regularly.
3. DO NOT ADD THE FREE OFFER!
