Review of Sykes Holiday Cottages
We (my wife, Anne Lindsay, same address) recently booked another Sykes Holiday. Unfortunately we didn’t put our £40 discount code while booking (valid till 10 Dec).
I phoned Sykes yesterday to explain the oversight.
The customer service representative explained it was too late. As a customer of several bookings with more to come, I am disappointed with the response.
We have been very pleased with the cottages booked through Sykes & this may affect my future choice of Holiday Companies who we look at.
Hope this can be resolved.

We offer marketing vouchers to many customers but the voucher itself is only applicable when the booking is made, we cannot physically add it on after your booking has been processed I'm afraid; apologies if this was not explained clearly to you.

Would have been 5, reason for 4 is simply several orders arrived short, in that, thought I secured an order only to find out no longer available. However, the order was delivered promptly.
