Worst Car Rental Experience at Pula Airport

Carwiz at Pula Airport is an absolute nightmare. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and only interested in pushing unnecessary extras. The car was in poor condition, with scratches and dents they conveniently “forgot” to document.

When I returned the car, they tried to charge me for damage that was already there — a complete scam. Luckily, I had pre-purchased separate insurance and had to claim through them to avoid paying Carwiz’s ridiculous fees. Dishonest, stressful, and totally unreliable. Avoid Carwiz at Pula Airport at all costs.

Truly amazing experience.
Honestly didn't think that I would win anything initially but now I'm four wins in and hooked haha.
Postage is fast and communication is great.
Keep up the great work!!

Pre ordered a game at the start of january. Buzzing to get it but it never arrived.
I am being given a refund but still sucks.
