I am comparing my experience with your company and my experience of your company with CITY INDEX .
In the programme with CITY INDEX , I find it very easy to place order to buy or sell and to place order to take profit or stop loss.
Mporeover I receive a statement every morning showing balance brofit forward from previous working day , profit or loss during last 24 hours , financing cost . any funds deposited , any funds withdrawn , margin utilised and free funds available
to take new transaction. At the same of the I get whole month's summary .
In your programme , volume point does not work easily. for example , in case of gbp/usd I want to increase volume from 1000 to 10000 , instead of increasing , it shows as if I want to buy 1000 .
secondly , it is very difficult to put take order or stop order
Also font size is very small.Sometime it is impossible to read.
Big improvement required to bring program in line with CITY INDEX
Finally , you should not ask for copy of personal
bank statement everytime funds are deposited or withdrawn.You can ask copy of statement the first time when funds are deposited and make a note of account name , account number and sort code for future deposit and withdrawal.

Your products are but expensive .But…

Your products are but expensive .But that one can accept but your staff is extremely rude.
one of my orders was processed twice and delivered twice and my credit card debited twice. i called them to enquire what to do. Lady said she will arrange to get it picked up on next monday . she could not give any time when it can be picked up. i waited the whole day and next day . i called again on third day. i was told same thing again . i asked if they can narrow down the time of pick up - say am or pm . Lady replied it will be picked up between 8 am and 8 pm and I have to stay at home the whole day.
more polite i was , more harder she was. in the end i gave up. i would say she was definitely not customer friendly.

I had sent nine Christmas hampers .

I had sent nine Christmas hampers .
When I had ordered , there was a box for writing a message “ Merry Christmas and a happy new year from .............”
None of the nine receivers received a card of my message . They were wondering who had sent them the hamper .
It is in this sense , I would say it was a extremely poor service from Spicers . I am not sure whether I will use your service next year .

When Coopers is 50% discount for Black…

When Coopers is 50% discount for Black Friday , why don’t they state in equally bold letter “ only in selected items . Please check
attached list “
Yesterday I bought goods worth £155 thinking that I will get 50% discount .
But there was no discount . Very disappointed .
