The reason for my three stars is that I ordered bits for my mums birthday and they never turned up so I decided to check my email from Hermes only to find out the parcel couldn’t be delivered and I had to contact the sender! I contacted superdrug and Alex was really lovely, they helped me quickly to get my order re sent on premium delivery

I booked an online classic lash course and the experience was really good. I received all the equipment within two days and sent off my work and they got back to me straight away. They were really nice and gave me updates. The instructions are clear and the health and safety booklet was really helpful. Will definitely be going back here for more courses.
