I have found, over the many years of my membership, that AXA has always provided high quality, informative and professional assistance and guidance. Any medical/health concern can often be hugely worrying but the ability to have an avenue available to the patient/client that provides understanding, empathy and swift resolution to the administrative process associated with the concern eases that burden significantly and I have found, through my various engagements with them over the years, that AXA provides a high-quality service in that regard.

Their speed of response to my concerns, their understanding of my predicament and their professional handling of my issue and subsequent resolution of it was a joy to see. Absolutely First Class Support for a first class product. Being new to Xero as I am, I struggled with some of the preliminary set up procedures and had a few questions to ask. My initial contact to the company was during the middle of the night and throughout the exchange, which numbered a number of messages, they were professional, patient and friendly throughout, but most importantly, very clear and concise with their answers, which mitigated any subsequent confusion for an inexperienced and fundamentally, ignorant customer! I couldn’t rate their service more highly.

Very helpful exclamation concerning the insurance of my bike following an accident and my confusion as to whether or not, having repaired the bike and got a new MOT for it I was still on cover. The insurance advisor at my broker was exceptionally helpful and provided all the information and assistance one could ask for. Well done.

I became aware of Motolegends purely by chance by trying to determine the benefits and USPS between the Schuberth flip helmet and the Shoei Neotech II. Having watched the presentation on YouTube, which was hugely informative and considered, I thought I would take a visit on my next day off. Seeing as I had recently had a motorcycle accident and had, in the process destroyed my helmet [and some bones!], it was time to look for a replacement. On arrival, whilst a different process from the traditional method of walking into the shop to that which I was used to, I was met by an extremely friendly and polite staff member and immediately made to feel very comfortable and asked whether I would like a coffee. The first indication to me that I had come to a high quality shop was when I received the coffee, which was exceptionally tasty and of high quality. I didn’t have to wait long before I was invited into the shop whereupon I met the boss, Christopher, who was the very same person who I had watched on the YouTube video so I definitely felt at ease and comfortable that I was speaking to the person who knew most about the product that I needed to buy not to say I am quite certain that had I spoken to any other staff member, they too would’ve been equally welcoming and knowledgeable. Christopher, the boss, has a warm, engaging and easygoing manner about him and it quickly becomes apparent that he is hugely knowledgeable about his products. He took significant time and effort to explain the benefits of one helmet versus the other to me and what I particularly liked was that he listened carefully to what I had to say and did not presume nor ‘push’.

Needless to say I ended up parting with rather more cash than I had intended on arrival and that was predominantly because I was served and attended to quite exceptionally not to mention the quality of the products they hold in stock, of all sizes it appears, was second to none.

Although it is rarely comfortable parting with one’s hard earned spondoolicks, I felt the whole experience to be hugely pleasurable, well-informed, and overall a very pleasant and educational experience.
There is no question that when it comes to motorcycle clothing and associated accessories this will be the first and probably only shop that I will ever need to visit. I simply cannot recommend either the shop, the staff, the stock and the quality of the coffee [and bisquits] enough! You simply have to take a visit yourself to realise the quality of Motolegends.
