Love love My Jusby nutritional Breakfast

I feel I'm eating healthily and can enjoy it My Way without fear of missing out on its nutritional goodness. I add it to my yogurt mix of berries oats and chia seeds every morning and feel I've eaten a very wholesome breakfast. Love the taste and the fact that it is easy and so adaptable. Two questions? Do I really have to take 3tablespoons of it daily? It will run out quickly and work out expensive. Anyway of adding calcium to the mix? Thank you so very much.

Mary thank you for taking the time to write this review. We love that you like it your way- that’s always the best way. When you find your ‘aha’ with Juspy it rocks! To answer your first question first - when we created the recipe and serving size my goal was to have 8000mg of collagen per serving. The clinical trials suggest anything from 2.5g-10g per day will support various health benefits from
Skin to bones and joint health. So again do it your way and use it as much or as little as you need. The reason it’s 40g per serving is because of all the other ingredients we added to bump up your protein to 17g per serving- and we also wanted it to be utterly delicious so that’s what it needed - a bit of this and that is what makes it so yum!

To answer the second question there is nothing stopping you adding in a vacuum supplement powder if you have been recommended to do that but please check with your gp. Other than that adding it to a milk smoothie would help too.
