Easy to fit and costs less

Filter arrived in a sensible time frame and was easy to install for way less money than Harveys. What's not to love. Had such a fiasco with Harveys over the installation of our water softener that I'm always going to use anyone else for filters and salt. Keep up the good work guys ❤️

I contacted EDF to change my details as I'd just got married. It couldn't have been easier. Their Web chat was great and the agent that deal with my query was fantastic. We'll done Rupsha and EDF for making things stress free and simple. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic company to deal with

What a fantastic company to deal with. The booking process was easy and the staff couldn't have Ben more helpful. We wanted a non standard booking in date and the company made enquires with the owners of the property and contacted us straight back.
Unfortunately due to a 2nd Covid lock down our wedding and honeymoon had to be cancelled for a second time. The cancellation process was just as easy as the booking and a full refund was made to us within 10 working days. Once restrictions are lifted and our wedding rearranged we will definitely be booking again.
